06 Ram is getting ready
Well here we go. The EFIE was delivered yesterday, I don't get home till Sad . Got the Smack style booster behind the grill, waiting for the signals to change form the O2's.
My 2006 3/4 ton 4x4 Dodge Ram w/ 5.7 HEMI right now is getting approx 14.9 mpg combined. It's got 3.73 gears, BFG 315's, and a K&N drop in filter. Had to put the BIG tires on it just because they really fill out the wheel wells nicely Smile .
I'll be installing the EFIE starting tomorrow night when I get home and hopefully can have something to post real soon.

Definitely be interested to hear what you get. Have some friends down in Texas with an '06 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 2WD Hemi - if you get good results I imagine it won't be long before their's gets this mod as well!

14.9 doesn't sound too bad, considering I keep hearing reports of 11-13. Do you have the model that will run on 4 cylinders if the engine is under light load?

14.9 is good on the 3/4 ton hemi. The old viper rams (1/2 ton) rarely got better than 10 : (

RE: 06 Ram is getting ready
So far I've realized about a 2.7 MPG increase but I'm still getting the electrolyte ratio and the signal from O2's tweaked to my engine. I'll probably be either adding another cell or making one that will produce more HHO for my truck (5.7 litre HEMI) cause I really don't think what I have is making enough HHO for a big V-8.

RE: 06 Ram is getting ready
I had a 1500 RAM 1/4 ton, 5.7 HEMI. Wish I still had it now that I know about HHO. I was getting 21 MPG highway with that truck but it still sucked to fill up that 35 gallon tank.
There is ALOT of room under that hood, and you definitely need to use some of it for extra reactors. If you can get 3 or 4 producing 1.5 liters each it would be awesome to see the results

RE: 06 Ram is getting ready
Well,
i found some leaks in my HHO lines, while playing around trying to hook up a torch to it. Don't worry, nothing bad happened
With those all taken care of, the last fill @ $4.119 showed me running at 20.2 mpg.....YIPPEE !!!!!!
That's roughly 6 MPG INCREASE !!
I'm excited
You should be too.
It's a great day to burn HYDROGEN in the USA

What else did you add as in....wrapping the O2 sensors with tin foil? adding a MAP enhancer?

How did you bring in the HHO to the motor? Through the brake vaccum hose...T'd up? or through the Air Intake? Can't find the PCV....or is it really on the throttle body control head as it looks like in the diagram on the inside of my hood?

I currently have a 2007 Dodge Mega Cab 5.7L 4X4...still has the pizza runners on it as my boys call themMad...will be getting the bigger tires to fillout the wheel wellsWink after I get this HHO deal going.Wink It works on my 95 Jeep Wrangler...about 10 MPGs better than before with 3 HHO gens on it.

I get an average of 14MPGs on my Mega Cab...I use to get 12.5MPG before I stopped stumping on it to hear that Hemi scream....Big Grin I'm driving like the driver who drove Miss Daisy around these days...Big Grin

keep us posted and I'll do the same....Wink
