100 plate dry cell config for semi or large trucks ?
I am looking to build a dry cell with possibly using around 100 S/S plates measuring around 7" x 7" but don't know much about configurations. Like to know if just by using 12v or 24v and upto 30 amps, can 10 LPM of HHO be produced ?
Appreciate with any help, thanks

No. You can use a million plates, but 30 amps won't make 10 LPM. Those plates will allow you to efficiently use more amperage, and therefore more HHO. But you still will need amps. To make more HHO, you need more amps. 10 LPM will likely take about 150 amps on a 12 volt system and about 75 amps on a 24 volt system.

If I were going to try to make that much HHO, I would increase my plate size and use less plates. But you'll want to use 4 or 5 neutral plates between each set of hot plates. I prefer 5 neutrals, but that means lots of KOH. +NNNNN-NNNNN+NNNNN- would probably work with 10" plates or so.
