1998 Saturn Results, Starting Over
As most of you know i have been battling the saturn, I have been running a large series cell. Found my map mod had a bad pot so it get replaced today. Filled the car up and with a full week of running with the large cell my mileage went from 31 mpg to 26 mpgShocked. So now i know the cell is doing someting. Here is my settings:

EFIE set at .225 mv, no cel should i raise it up higher?

HHO output is 1.2 lpm, draws 9 amps, temp stays at 105 degrees

Map mod set for smooth take off and cruising down the road. It will kill the motor turning it all the up. The a/f meter shows i am in the range of 14.7 /1, my design.

How should the MAP sensor be adjusted?

Relocated the hho feed tube to throttle body, not at breather at this time.

Scangauge shows that i am in closed loop.

Help me solve it and get 100 mpg.

I'd crank the EFIE until you throw a CEL (which better be a lean code), then back off maybe .1 mv. I'd be interested in what that code is too.

As you know the max for an EFIE for most engines is .450 mv otherwise the ECU thinks the o2 isn't functioning.
