2001 Chevy S-10 2.2 5 speed Results
I'm new to this forum and somewhat new to HHO. One thing when I started doing this, I was not able to find results. There are plenty of vids out there, but no hard results. My '01 S-10 2.2 5 spd usually got 22-23 MPG. With my system I was able to get 32 MPG combined city highway. I just installed my efie and i am putting in new generators. I'm trying a few different things this time around like better sealing the generators with better glue and not using plastic barbs. My generator setup is 2" PVC with ss 2" pipe as my + and 5/16" ss bolt with about 15 ss washers as my - . I have scanguage 2, MAP mods, efie; Always use the same gas pump and always fill the same way. I also want to try the lemon juice as an electrolyte. I'm looking foward to learning from you all and maybe helping out, too. Have pics on other computer. will post

I'd like to see some installation pictures. BTW, congrats on the mileage gains.

Also, how much gas and at how many amps is your generator producing?

at the time, it was about 25 amps. but i just made some new cells to go with my efie and now im ready for a new test this next week. I've been working on this a bit today and i finally started try the lemon juice for electrolyte and it looks very promising. for 2 cells im drawing between 7 and 8 amps with modest production.

Welcome HHOe and thanks for the feedbacK! It's very interesting what we all do with this Cool
Your generator:
My generator setup is 2" PVC with ss 2" pipe as my + and 5/16" ss bolt with about 15 ss washers as my - .

If you have 2" SS pipe inside 2" PVC, how much clearance is there between the two?

How hot does that setup get?

Keep up the good workLaugh

My last setup got very hot. i had the two pvc pipes secured with tie wraps and between the heat and tie wraps, my cells warped and started leaking quite a bit. At times, i was drawing about 30 - 35 amps. way too much for that set up. with my new cells, i want to stay away from the heat by keeping my amperage down. the clearance between the washers and pipe are about 5/16".
