Bench test of first design
Well, I bench tested my first design this morning. 5 plate cell +NNN-.
Plates are 316L stainless 3.5" dia. with 12 .062 holes around dia. I expected gas to be produced, But nowhere near what it ended up putting out. The fluid became a white churning mass. I was using tap water with just a small amount of baking soda added. Battery charger set at 10 AMPS. ran for over an hour got to around 120-125 deg. Will now put completely together, Probably put 2 cells together +NNN-, -NNN+. using lye and distilled water. I will then check output in LPM. Will definatly be hooking this up to the insite.

Insite? Heheh, you might wanna spend a buck on a gallon of distilled water and get some NaOH to keep things clean and cooler. (well, they SAY cooler; depends on the unit) Looking forward to seeing your output and pics bro.
