I've began setting my offsets with the engine off and key on, then test the offset voltage after driving 10 or so minutes. The offset voltage only changes about 20mvdc.

What settings are you using?

With engine off and key on, they are set at 170mvdc. After warm-up they go to 200mvdc. So, I guess they change about 30mvdc.

I'm curious about the results, though. Are you getting any benefit from the HHO? yet?

I'm still trying to determine that. It seems like the last three tanks of gas my mpg dropped. Even with HHO turned off. The gas doesn't appear to be as good.

Russ what blend are you running? 87, 89 or 93?
I have switched to 93 in the past few weeks. Yes it's .15 higher a gallon but it got me to the point I am now on MPG.

I'm using 89 octane gas. I am seeing improvments by the way.

Hey Paul and Russ: I'm currious how you guys came out on this. I am tackling the efie on my 06 4.7 dakota this weekend. Did you guys have 3 wires on your front O2 sensors? Which wire was the signal? (not that I won't test my own harness for safety) Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. TomSmile

You can fill out a Sensor Request Form, or write to support@fuelsaver-mpg.com. Be sure to mention that you need the wiring diagram for your sensors, and they will send it to you.
