Hydrogenpro: Please see the attached pdf from Alldata. It's the testing procedure for your AFR sensors. It shows that the voltages you should be getting from the sensor are the expected voltages (3.0 and 3.3 volts). It confirms that you have AFR sensors there, and not narrow band oxygen sensors. As a note, the downstream sensors on that vehicle ARE narrow band, but of course you don't need to treat those anyway.

So, the voltages you're getting are still a mystery to me. Perhaps you have the wrong device?

The wiring colors should be as per the other attached diagram. The color codes used on the AFR sensor wires are:

P = Pink
V = Violet
L = Blue
G = Green
Y = Yellow
W-R = White with red stripe

Hopefully, this data will shed some light on the problem.
