First test not good.
I have a 93 Saturn with a 1.9 liter engine. My dry is cell is a 9 plate 304 stainless with 1/8" rubber gaskets. The cell is - n n n + n n n - and hole at the top in line bottom hole are flip flopped so hole do not match up with a 3 quart PVC pipe for my mix. I'm running 4.5 table spoons of baking soda to 3 quarts of distilled water. I use a medical oxygen flow meter to test flow witch it says I'm putting out 1/2 to 3/4 a L.P.M. . I built the MAP sensor controller that is on this site and have it adjusted to 4.9 volts to start with. other then Saturday I ran the HHO every day and dropped to 20.9 mile per gallon. I plan on doing the map o2 sensor combo in a couple of weeks and doing some clean up of the egr and throttle body housing also going to put in the resistors on the coolant temp and iat sensors. and drop my mix to 2 table spoons per 3 quarts of water.
Please let me know if anyone can think of anything else. the wright brothers didn't fly the first time. Hopefully the next time will be my kitty hawk lol.
