I have a peugeot 206 1400cc 2000year. I have OBD1, Scan tool do now recognise my port. Which sensor adjusters should I install? What about iat cts, unless I can not read it with scan tool should I use it for adjusting?

An EFIE is almost always the best way to adjust air/fuel ratio. But they are expensive. You can make a MAP, if you like, which often works, and can be done for a few dollars. But the most effective device is an EFIE.

See here for the instructions to build a MAPe: http://www.fuelsaver-mpg.com/simple-map-maf-enhancer .

You can find the EFIE for that car here: http://www.fuelsaver-mpg.com/digital-nar...gital-efie
