I saw a similar programme and they were vibrating the container the water was in, it froze crystal clear.

For now, I decided to go back to the fullproof method... removing it daily Big Grin Only a few weeks of above freezing temps left here in CT, I think I can deal with the hassle and get back to improving gas mileage instead of worrying about popsicles. Set up the lines with all quick connects, it's a temporary fix.

The only way to avid freezing is a PWM and a strong electrolyte concentration. A strong enough concentration will stay liquid down to 40 degrees below zero F and C.
