Not personally. But I sell EFIEs to Gadgetman's customers. They usually get about 15% gains on average. The technique works.

There's more science in this than I know about. But in essence he cuts a groove in the throttle body that causes turbulence. The result is a better atomizing and evaporation of the fuel, and therefore an increase in combustion efficiency.

But that's the theory. In practice, it works for his customers. He's been at this for quite a few years now.
