HHO no effect on VW Golf 1.8 turbo, help needed!
hi,

I have vw golf 1.8 turbo '99 year. and I installed small cell 6"x3" with bubler, relay, and hho outlet hose directly into airbox; i'm using KOH with 3 litres of distilled water.
I have no effect at all, may be little bit lower perfomance on acceleration. no effect on mpg economy.
As I added more KOH, HHO production getting worse and AMPerage is going down from 10A to 8A. I have white vapor of KOH into my bubler, and even losing few decilitres of water in my bubler.

i've ordered PWM, but i think that it wouldnot get any better. I have no effect at all. When cell is directly connected and cold i have great production but no effect. after hours of running cell is pretty hot like 60,70celsius

my ignition timing at 2K RPM is around 20-25 degrees BTDC, 8to12 degrees BTDC at full throttle.

help needed

Please see Mike's debug list: http://www.fuelsaver-mpg.com/store/index...page&id=30

I suspect you'd do better with an efie instead of a PWM. The efie will help the ECU accept hho, the pwm just reduces the power it uses. Maybe you cancel your order?
