Exclamation Heat up or Cool of Hydroxy?
Is it better to heat up or cool off hydroxy before injecting into intake.

I'd say it makes no difference, but would like to hear from others on this point.

one importtant point is that a warm electrolyzer will make gas more efficiently than a cool one. I haven't done it yet personally, but plan on heating it with engine coolant to keep it warm.

I'd say the typical boilermakers/steaming behemoths that most of us use have not trouble heating the electrolyte all on its own.

I'm actually wondering about the temp of the gas after the bubbler going into the intake. i've installed some copper tubing by the exhaust manifold to heat up the gas and keep it from condensing.

I have not idea if it's better to heat up the gas or not. Let us know what you find out.

heating up the hydroxy b4 it's injected will help the combustion according to a fellow gas man.it gets it in a heat range closer to combustion of the hydroxy perhaps helping the timing to stay closer to normal instead of retarding it maybe?but according to him it helped his mpg so that's good enough for me too.what say you.
