Hemi results round 2
I built 3 Mini Tero dry cells so I could run them in a series.
4"x4" with EPDM o rings for gaskets. 3/16" thick. O rings are 3 3/4" OD. At 20 amps I'm getting 5lpm or 1.66lpm per drycell. I am very satisfied with my current setup. I just need to work around the DCX computer is all.
EFIE is set to 125mv up front and I have a 2nd one coming so I can work on the rear o2's and possibly line them up better and lean the system out alittle more.
Were in winter blend now in the Midwest so with no hho I'm hetting 13mpg. Summer I get 15mpg. All this is hwy by the way.
Now with my mini's I'm getting a 40% increase. 18mpg hwy on winter blend. I'm possitive I could see higher once the rear o2's get a efie.
50% Increase on a non MDS 2500 Hemi truck would be nice.
7500lbs of gas hog with a lift and tires that weight 100+lbs each.

It's nice to see someone aware of winter blends.

Congrats on a success! I'd love to know what your winter mix is. I am in the middle of doing freeze/production tests and would like to add yours to the list. I am trying to get something that will work down to zero to 5. Many of the recommended formulas say they will do to 15 but after testing they are rock solid at say 25. Winter is a bear! As if HHO wasn't hard enough to get to work!

I am interested in your setup, I'm thinking of building a slightly modified version of a Tero cell, but still in the design stage. What is your plate arrangement? I assume 1 positive then 4 neutral and 1 negative plate? I assume it's something like this:

+ N N N N - and negative of Tero #1 goes to positive Tero #2 and so on?

1993 Mustang LX
2.3 Liter engine
5 speed manual
8.8 GT axle with 2.71 gears
Smack Design Booster
EFIE currently set at .25
Without HHO was getting 24-25 MPG
Best result with HHO : 29.5 MPG
