The Hydrocarbon Cracking System
is a Hydrogen on Demand system that generates Hydrogen by cracking it from Gasoline.
It does this by first vaporizing the gasoline in a bubbler tank and then feeding it through a copper tube heated by the hottest part of the exhaust pipe and on to the engine.
It has 2 advantages over HHO.
One is that it produces more hydrogen at higher revs and less at lower revs keeping production closer in line with the engine's needs.
The other advantage is that it places no load whatsoever on the engine as the vapours are either pulled through the system using venturi vacuum or pushed through the system using PCV pressure.
I have compiled some PDF installation files that show how cheap and simple this system is to put together oneself from easily available materials.
They can be downloaded by clicking the link at the bottom of this post.
There is also a thread discussing the system on this forum.
So far; this system is completely in the public domain and is thus far neither patented nor commercialised.
Please let's keep it that way.
