Installing HHO system on 2007 Dodge Sprinter disel
I'm tying to install HHO generator on my 2007 sprinter(disel)
will Single EFIE Deluxe work with my oxygen sensor?
Any help will be appreciated

That's a wide band oxygen sensor. EFIEs don't work well with them. But with a Diesel, you won't need an EFIE. Just add your HHO and you're good to go.

I think Mike is right. I am testing a commercial HHO generator on my 2006 Sprinter (2500) and I am getting about 15% fuel saving without using an EFIE - see my results here at http://www.autofuelsaving.com

I want to get more savings. Beside increasing the electrolyte concentration (hence the current), what else should I do to increase the saving?

I actually don't know enough about diesels to tell you.

I can tell you that more gas MAY not get you better mileage. Please see How Much HHO Should I Use?. That information will not change with diesel engines.
