Just wondering..... just installed two HHO units on a 2003 chevy 8.1ltr vortec. Have not checked the mileage yet but the engine runs much better. Is there a down side to using this new ful source ??

I have a 04 6.0 vortec that I am wanting to do this to. What units are you using and did you do stuff to the o2 sensors and tha map or efie controls. Do you know how much hho you are putting out?

Let's see downsides...

You could get worse mileage.
You could suck caustic stuff into your engine.
You could hook it up wrong and leave it on and blow up your engine.Hmm

OTOH, if you're careful, do your research and hook it up properly, you could be another satisfied hho user.Wink

You can also become addicted to the bubbles, the bubbles are actually more addictive that the bubbles in beer, and of cause cheaper.

Im using 2 electolcell units inline and puttig out 2.3 ltrs per minute.
I have bot used the o2sensor extenders yet. I have orderd the EFIE and will install the unit soon. I was getting 10 mile pg and now getting 15.8.

12v --- (cell1) --- (cell2) --- gnd

sorry.. should have explained better. each cell has it's own + and -. the two cells make gas and the lines feed together.

Since you have 2 cells, if you connect them as I indicated above you should be twice as efficient, i.e. same amount of gas with less amperage. You might need to remove a couple neutrals and you will probably need to make your electrolyte stronger.

Yes, it tends to cause Butt Soreness Syndrome from driving past gas stations and not getting any breaks from driving.
