Isuzu MAP gloom and doom
OK I'm on my second tank after installing the MAP voltage supply and boy did I BLOW it out my tail pipe on mileage. For my first tank I had the power set to 4.82v ( readings from the ECM showed 5.06v ) and for my second tank I went down to 4.5 to see if I could notice anything or kick a CEL on. Well the ONLY thing I see so far is I went from 200 miles at the 1/2 tank mark to 150 miles at just a bit over 1/2 a tank.
Ouch!

RE: Isuzu MAP gloom and doom
There are two types of MAP sensor. Are you sure you have the right type? One just needs a resistor, and the other needs the power adjustment circuit. Mixing the 2 types will not give good results.
