My H2 Generator Plans
Here it is and it works, all i ask is that you dont sell it for personal gain.

If you make improvements to it please post it for all to benefit from it either here or my site http://www.hydra-gen.com or both.

Thats Cool. I was just wondering something. I have a cnc router I was thinking about milling just a fraction out on the edges so there would be a little bit of a groove there to set the other plexiglas in so it would be a little bit easier to keep the plexiglas straight. I could also set up a g code program to drill the holes. (long sentence) Just setting here doing some thinking.

Pretty crafty! Just a couple of questions and thoughts: How much water should be in the unit? (fill to top, two inches from top?) How much gas is produced? Would it need to go through a bubbler? Can the top portion (inch or two) of the electrodes be covered with shrink wrap to keep current loss more minimal? Would two electrodes on the negative side produce more H and would it be necessary? (of course, I'll be experimenting myself and posting results.) Thanks for sharing!

hydrodine,

Its really awesome that you want to share your plans. If or should I say when I build it I will defiantly refer my info back to you. I hope you are ready because it is often the one who gives all the info to the public who is suddenly overwhelmed with those who want it pre-built and ready to go.

I really admire you and if I ever have a breakthrough I hope I will get the opportunity to share it with as many people as I can.

That would work great, I dont have a cnc, but that sure would make a sweet looking case.

You think like i do, i was going to do the two tubes for the hydrogen also. I fill up to about 1.5 inches from the top. No i do not use a bubbler with it, The air filter is more then enough to protect agaisnt a flashback. H2 does not explode like hho does when lit. I dont think you need to worry about voltage leakage, remember there is a divider plate between them.
Post your test results when you exeriment please.

RE: My H2 Generator Plans
did you measure output of the h2 at the 10 amps you suggest?

Did you think of having the electrical connections at the bottom(or front face at the bottom, and the pieces shorter to be below the surface of water level...

I can't tell, but are the H and O outlets directly over the center of Gas lines? Do their locations in the top matter as the center divider has seperated chambers anyways

I was also wondering if + and - bolts might be better on outer edge than together in center.

And lastly to drop voltage to create less heat is there a benefit to creating multiple units to run in series?

After an answer to the above- I'll add my crazy idea.

Hello Hydrodine
What production HH production rate do you have? I like the idea of Hydrogen only into the engine, does this mean that one does not need the efie O2 sensor adjusters?
How much liquid does your hold and how long does it last?
I am very interested in trying your system out.
