No Need To Cut Harness or O2 Wiring
Here is a link for a O2 wiring harness extender. You can modify this and connect it inline between the wiring harness and O2 senser without cutting any factory wiring. Hope this helps!!

Make sure you click the complete list to get the other models (only GM and Ford.:madSmile
