RE: OXYGEN SENSOR ISOLATORS?
Oxygen sensor extenders are available on fleeBay for about $8.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. A lot of work to find out.... takes me about 3 hours to change mine since the radiator and fans are too close.

If I had more time this weekend, I would have removed mine since I think I lost about 2 mpg. I installed one over the winter when it's hard to eval mpg changes.

Yes and I'm removing it since it doesn't appear to work for me. I'll know more after re-checking my mileage.

I have an EFIE, but am going to sell it since it doesn't work with my Toyota's air-fuel sensor.
