PICS of New HHO Setup
Here's my new setup. It beats the old one by a long shot. I draw 10 amps and they are all very cool to the touch. Let me know what you experienced guys think...

When I melted my old cells, I was drawing 30 amps and getting 36 MPG. Like I said, though, I melted my old cells. Total between all 4 cells ( 3 Plates each cell) is 10 amps. Starting new test for MPG this week. Wish me luck.

Regarding the melting problem, doesn't PVC plastic have the lowest melting temp?

PVC 80 deg C.
ABS 105 deg C.
CPVC 212 deg C.

Otherwise, I'm impressed.

Looks great! In fact, I'm sure people walking by your parked truck are thinking "WTF kind of ghetto hydraulic suspension system is THAT?!" not knowing what it REALLy is.

What electrolyte are you using? I'm still on baking soda and water, but I'm learning that it's not the best solution anymore...ESPECIALLY in Arizona.

176 F for PVC? That's awful close to the parallell units running at 160. Is that even right?
My electrical box melted at 177 F. (maybe they're a form of PVC?)
All the more reason to have an ammeter under or on the dash.

I keep my setup covered. Don't want anyone calling it in as something its not. Plus, i work right by O'Hare. Nervous people everywhere these days. I have to be carefull in that regard
