PWN revisited
I thought I was ready to purchase a PWM. I thought I wanted one to maintain a constant current to my dry cell then I read not all PWM's do this that I need to look for a constant current PWM. I can find PWM's on eBay starting at $20 but on HHO web sites they cost $100 plus, most $150 to $250. Many sites selling dry cell kits do not even offer these for sell. Am I wasting my time looking at these, are there some quality ones for less than $100? Thanks

RE: PWN revisited
I've never seen a quality, constant current PWM for anywhere near $100.

If you google for zerofossilfuel, he has plans to build one. But the parts are probably going to be between $50 and $100.

I found a constant current PWN by HFS that was designed for HHO applications for less tha $100.
