Relay Installation
Was just wondering if someone could verify for us if we are understanding the correct installation of the five wire relay HHO provides with their dry cell system? Red wire (# 86) to "switched power", assuming this is any power that comes on when the ignition is in the on or run positon; green wire (# 87) to the power "to the switch" connection; white wire (# 85) to ground; black wire (# 30) directly to the battery; and blue wire (# 87a) left blank or unattached. Does this sound correct? THX!

It sounds like you have a handle on it. Those connections are correct, however thats only one way of doing it. The placement of the "switch" in your scenario is after the relay. In this way the relay controls the switch. You can also place the switch before the relay to control it. In my opinion this is the preferred method because if you turn off the switch it turns off all power to the circuit. ( much better when working on anything ) To do this you would run "switched" power to your switch and out of the switch to #86 on the relay. Then # 87 would go directly to your cell or whatever you are powering. Hope this helps.
