Smile Rens Hydrogrens beta test vehicle
well tonight i am the happiest guy in Hernando County Florida
utilizing the water4gas technology i took a 2001 Grand Caravan from 21 mpg highway to a WHOOPING 43.8 ,pg verified at the pump OMG i used 2 hho gens a vaporizer disconnected the proximal o2 sensor and installed and MAP enhancer
the test began at Rt 50 and Rt75 in florida and went 120 miles to the second exit in lake city and refilled with 2.75 gal us, and wow 43.8 MPG

HOWEVER, the ecu reset itself on the way back home and we got 21 mpg when we refueled in Brooksville
BOO HISSss
so today I ordered and EFIE from Big Mike and hope it will prevent the ecu from reseting it self

i would like to pose a question:
i wonder if the ecu would have reset if we would not have tweeked the map enhancer so hard ?
any Ideas?

Hey Doc.

Besides you and me, how many people here know what proximal means? Wink

Congrats on the results. Sounds like there's some potential there. Just need to see if you can replicate it with the o2 sensor intact.

I had a friend that also worked on vehicles to pay for school and he'd refer to p/d in the engine and I'd have to stop and think since I wasn't used to that. Little easier when you refer to the body.

Do I understand correctly that you have a couple of Mason jars under the hood?

Just out of curisoity... what electrolyte mix do you use with the water4gas design? Is that thin stainless steel rusting yet with baking soda?

Hey Wulfram
we got the best results with 1/8 tsp soda with 1qt of h2o and we got oxidation build up on the wires which cleaned up easily with a toothbrush but we are using a larger gauge wire now and getting lots of h especially after scuffing up the wire with emery cloth. *hydrogen bubbles form better in "pointy" surfaces or sharp surfaces then smooth*Wink

Doc, the EFIE works great, tho a little difficult if you don't have a little screwdriver. Hmm It just doesn't work with my Toyota since I don't have a narrow band o2 sensor, so mine is sitting on the shelf.
