So to make short. Shall I get my SS316 plates passivated or conditioning is enough.

Assuming electropolishing and passivation are the same I would take Bob Boyce's word that electropolishing decreases production and opt for conditioning.

yep. After a few cycles of conditionment my plates are apparenty going really well. Will see how they will look like after an extended period of labor. Thanks a dozen.
