Switching on the HHO kit
Just like to ask any members on how do you connect your HHO kit to your vehicle's power source. Not heard much regarding this matter. Just see a lot of instructions telling to connect to the ignition but the problem is if the key is turned and engine not started, the whole unit would come on and its no good.
A while ago, i saw 2 people selling a vacuum pressure switch on the UK and US ebay site but cannot find any recently.
Someone suggested connecting to the alternator or fuel pump but some vehicles are impossible to connect to unless you remove some engine parts or the alternator to get to the connection.
Anyone have any suggestion ?

RE: Switching on the HHO kit
Have a look at the first diagram in this article: http://www.fuelsaver-mpg.com/power-contr...le-install . That will show you the basics of how you want to connect up your system.

These are the instructions for our Power Control Module, which we really don't sell anymore because we use PWMs now. But the basics of the connections will help you. In place of the Power Control Module in the diagram, you can use a circuit breaker and a relay. Control the relay with your fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay will not be enginergized if the engine ever stops turning, and builds in a safety circuit for your system. You can add a manual switch to that wire as well so you can manually turn the system off as well.
