The B.B. smack gen IV dry cell
Hello folks,

I'm in the middle of building the bb smack dry cell.

The smack dry cell is really the 6x6 Tero cell, the only thing Smack changed is that he added what he calls a "individual cell refill tube".

what that is is as follows. think of a standard 6x6 dry cell, put a hole toward the top of the cell but just below the "bottom of the tops of the gaskets".
this hole goes through the plexiglass, through all the cell plates, and stops without going through the other plexiglass.

into this hole goes a tube. (it will be the inlet). in this tube is drilled a row of 1/16" holes which line up to be one hole between every pair of plates.

the idea is so when the cell cools and draws, the stuff will go individually into the cells without making a mess which smacks says hurts efficiency.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUzdG4YSNgY

can anyone say that this actually does something good? I AM SKEPTICAL of this refill tube stuff.

Check his other video. He's completely abandoned this design.

UMIN, Check it out again the only thing he abandon was putting a - plate next to a + plate. The reason he did this was only because the curent was jumping across these plates. He still uses the refill, and for a good reason it instulates the holes it the other plates, slowing the lost of current from from one plate to another. The +&- plates were to close to stop there's.So he removed one. That all
