Two O2 Sensors In 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS
I have an HHO generator in my 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS and would like to install an EFIE. The trouble is, I have two O2 sensors in my vehicle and don't know if both should have EFIEs attached, or if only the front one requires it. From what I have read both sensors send data to the ECM to adjust the fuel injection interval.

The front O2 sensor is considered a Front Oxygen (A/F) Sensor and the rear one is considered a Rear Oxygen Sensor. My car also has two catalytic converters (one behind the other). I have attached diagrams to this thread to show the wiring and placement of both O2 sensors.

Please respond with any information that would be helpful.

Thanks,

Greg

You only need to EFIE up the front O2.

If this is true, the Front (A/F) Oxygen Sensor is a 6 wire device. Does anyone know what wires should be used for the EFIE? (see original post for wiring diagram)
