RE: Water as Fuel?
Hi,
Honestly speaking I am not the right person to give you answer but I have a group of knowledgeable people. Let me talk to them. If they know about this topic, I shall get back to you. For this I would require some time. I hope you don't mind bearing this time.

Well if I am talking about my self then I have made the design of the car which is run by the water and that water is not going to waste anywhere but automatically recycled and used again as a fuel. But at that time I was in school so I can understand the technicality of the machines.

Water never has been, is not nor will it ever be a fuel. Only fools who believe in "free energy" think along the lines of water as a fuel. Get past the science fiction, the snake oil salesmen and the frauds. If you're wondering, yes I have a very closed mind; I don't suffer fools, frauds or hucksters lightly.

I am a skeptic too, assuming water 100% as fuel. Yea, yea, yea, lots of internet resources, patents, govt conspiracies, the whole 9 yards. Until I see a car running 100% water, for myself in person, I'm still waiting Smile . Just like, hey, why not CO2 as a fuel? Its everywhere! haha hmm, isn't that what is used in fire extinguishers?

Seriously, as an internal combustion engine efficiency enhancer, yes, but all engines are different.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Well I think water can be used to fuel cars when it is broken down using a hydrogen generator in the hood of a car. For example, distilled water and baking soda can be used to produce hydrogen that can power a car.

Electrolysis of baking soda and water produces CO2, CO and H. It's the same CO2 used in fire extinguishers to put out fires. There's not an HHO generator big enough out there to power even the smallest of cars.

For some studies, it is possible that water can be the fuel of your car. If I am not mistaken, there is already a car that can be drove using water as the fuel. And if it will be bring to reality, it will be very beneficial o mankind. There is no impossible nowadays and I wouldn't be surprised if one day I will see a flying car.
