any difference between an EFIE and an adjustable O2 simulator?

any difference between an EFIE and an adjustable O2 simulator?
I cant really tell. With a regular o2 simulator you just unplug the o2 sensor after the cat and plug in the box. The box tells the engine that the right ammount of o2 is in the exhaust at all times so it dosent do any adjustments.

Huh.....what up with that? NOT for primary o2 sensor

Does the EFIE change an o2 sensor that is before the cat? I think this one is for the one after the cat so you can remove the cat and not throw a code for producing excess o2 which is the oppisite of what happens for us with the lack of o2.
