dual efie 2005 gmc sierra
have successfully installed dual efie on my 2005 GMC 5.3L Sierra Z71 package. the documentation i printed out said to start at 100 millivolts. today i read the same documentation online and it says start at 200 millivolts. i started at 100, now am at 150. truck running fine, but no significant mileage improvement.
questions:
do you typically up the voltage for mileage increases?
any one have experience with my particular vehicle?
do i just turn it up until it is leaned too much and then back down?

any thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated.

Busted! Yes, I've been going through and updating my articles. I upped the starting voltage to .200 based on more experience helping folks with their installations.

Yes, Steve. Raising the voltage is what causes it to lean the mix. Just raise it until you get the best mileage. You will likely raise it until you get a trouble light, which will also cause the mileage to go down, so you'll need to back it down again. But if at any point the engine starts running rough, losing power, or reduces in mileage, back it down.
