hooking into intake system
What is the optimum way to hook into intake system on a normally aspirated 2.4 engine with MAF ? Should it have connection into intake vacuum as well as between MAF and throttle plate? or is one connection before throttle plates enough?

RE: hooking into intake system
The general consensus is to get as close to the engine as possible, but a few maintain they get better mileage by injecting into the air cleaner housing before the MAF sensor. There's also a few that are concerned that the MAF sensor might ignite your hho so be warned of that. Some are injecting it into their PCV valve, but you have to be careful of that since you could develop a vacuum leak or suck your electrolyte into the engine. You'd also need a bubbler valve on your cell to let air in if injecting into a vacuum.

What difference now when you installed before the MAF?
