Hi Mike / Anyone,
2001 PT Cruiser, 2.4L engine.

I started out with a solid 22mpg.
These are the results so far after I installed an HHO system and an EFIE
EFIE downstream or bottom POT set at .25mv and left there as suggested, and make mpg adjustments using the top POT turning the screw clockwise.
Upstream or top POT
.25mv = 14mpg
.20mv = ? will know after this week.

Okay, first I went from 22mpg to 14mpg…not good.

I also noticed the mechanic has the EFIE powered full time. Does it matter if it’s powered all the time, or if it goes on with the ignition?

I think I read somewhere that half a liter of HHO is needed for every liter of engine displacement. My engine is 2.4l, so that means I would need 1.2lpm. If this is true, my HHO system is making 200ml per minute. I’ll have to up that.

Even without an HHO system, shouldn’t the EFIE be adjusted to realize my 22mpg first, and if so, how do I do that?

Thank you,
