I installed a 3 water for gas units and a map sensor enhancer on a 2001 durango and noticed less milage.

What is your HHO output?

Get an EFIE for the pre-cat o2 sensor(s)

In the mean time while your waiting for the EFIE to arrive, try wrapping the precat 02 sensors in tin foil like the water4gas book describes

1.5 amps is not much . You may want to add some more electrolyte look out for heat be sure not to add to much!

People who say that it cant be done, shouldn't stand in the way of people doing it !!!

How are they connected?

It would be best if connected like this (series):

+12v ---- (cell 1) ---- (cell 2) ---- (cell 3) ---- gnd.

I know that feeling.

Any idea what the plate layout is? With 3 cells the voltage on each is 4 volts (12 volts/3 cells). For 4 volts, plate configuration should be something like (+ N - N +) or (+ N -) or (+ -) or (+ - +) or maybe even (+ - + - ... + -). Anything more than one neutral will drop the voltage too much.
