resistors on sensors
What will putting resistors on the map, iat, etc sensors effect passing smog.

I have a 1999 honda civic lx 1.6Liter W/water 4 gas 6 pack

If you use the specs in Tuning for Mileage, the effect is that the sensor is told the temp is about 10 deg F. warmer, not a big change. The end result is the ECU thinks it's ok to go a little leaner.

I suspect that won't affect your emissions as much as your cell and efie offset setting. The o2 sensor has the final word when it comes to rich or lean so it'll have more impact.

I would think you could simply turn off your cell and efie when testing for emissions.
