[/size]Hello, how did I know if my cells produce water vapor or HHO gas .

If its hot to the touch, then you're producing too much water vapor. The cell should not run more than 15 degrees above ambient temp (or so). If it's getting hot, then you need to run less amperage, or possibly add more neutral plates.

Short of using a mass spectrometer, I don't know how to get a good grasp on the proportion of water vapor to hho you're getting.
